Prefab, Modular and fast constructed Architecture Masterpiece is looking forward to accommodate 84 guests of Healing Retreat centre.

ABOUT:
Kinetic movement of the constructional elements at the facades, becomes the memorable accent of the Design impression.
What the kinetic aspect feels like?
This is the static composition of mobile movement, which creates new impression from viewing the object an each different view spot around of it.Such as our main facades constructional sculpture. The natural environment around of Ark building, is giving the additional effect of movement of the Architecture. Stainless steal panels, on front facades of the kinetic sculpture, are going to blurry reflect the light and environment around, and going to push viewer’s perception to deep integration into the feelings of the moment. At the same time, refreshing information about the Architecture look, in the main combination of aspects, is going to give to the beholder the feelings of endless flow of new, positive, emotional energy perception.
The new technologies in combination with featured sustainable materials, makes this project a great example of last generation Green Architecture building, created in the condition of tough Russian weather.
DETAILS:
The Ground floor is technical, locating on it the big industrial kitchen, laundry, all necessary technical spaces, as well as laboratories for growing and caring the hydroponic and aeroponic veggies and mushrooms, for Retreat’s self supplies.At this floor there are also the main entrance, administration office, sports complex for visitors with gym, sauna and swimming pool track. Also here is locating the small kitchen with dining and rest area, for private needs of visitors or staff.First floor is accommodation, including public spaces for visitors, such as lounge, living area with fireplace, playroom for kids, little co-working office space for visitors, open terraces.Second floor is guest’s accommodation as well, including indoor terraces for different sorts of therapies, facing the beautiful sunset view to endless fields and forests of Central Russian Nature.Rooftop locating the buffet with open terrace, it has 360 top view to enjoy for guests,while having a meal. Special kitchen elevator delivers the food to the rooftop from the big kitchen at the Ground floor. There is also a winter garden, with circled lounge meeting area built around the fire place in the middle.The rest of the rooftop from south side is locating the field of solar panels, for Retreat’s energy self supply.
