Project is following sustainable eco-friendly architecture concept, fully supplied by self indicated solar energy, able to collect the rain water and it’s serviced re-usage. Designed by following international standards ISO, building is seismic stable, fire resistant time is 1 hour in all indoor areas.

Design to be built from prefab shipping containers, it was an affordable, authentic, sustainable concept. The goal was to make the container look not just like a container, but to find the affordable, simple, and beautiful way of it’s decoration.

I designed an additional cladding structure, which could be made as from metal stripes (which was considered), as made from plywood (optional). The structure is following the idea of leaf, which in the combination with the original container metal structure, creates a kinetic pattern on shadows & lights background. At the same time, we were agreed to build prefab the whole indoor space, in China, and ship it as the solid container piece with everything needed already built. The outdoor decor supposed to be prefabricated and shipped within the containers as well.

Simple authentic furniture, we agreed to produce locally.
I played with handrail line’s abstract movement, to brake the square corners. And with combination of flipped terraces and it’s following staircases, and roof supported structure, all the building feels very movable, as a flow, inflated with local vibes of free surfers spirit.
